Canina® ORGANIC COCONUT OIL is a pure natural product.

The native coconut oil is obtained by cold pressing.

As it is a pure natural product, it is:

• not deodorised

Canina® ORGANIC COCONUT OIL contains plenty of medium-chain fatty acids, such as lauric acid, caprylic acid and capric acid, which are converted directly into energy and not stored as fat deposits, so that coconut oil has a positive effect on the metabolism. It is also recommended as a support for worm prophylaxis and for worm infestations.

Many pet owners also use coconut oil externally. The lauric acid in coconut oil is said to be able to keep unwanted pests away from the animal. The medium-chain fatty acids it contains have a nourishing effect on the skin and coat and moisturise them. The coat becomes silky and shiny and is pleasantly easy to comb.

Canina® ORGANIC COCONUT OIL can be added to the usual feed in solid or liquid form. It changes from a solid to a liquid state at over 20°C and melts.



For external use:
For a smooth consistency, Canina® ORGANIC COCONUT OIL is rubbed into the hand and then massaged into the skin and coat. Depending on the size of the animal, apply a pea-sized (cat) to plum-sized amount of coconut oil (large dog) several times a week. The animal's coat should be well moistened.
