In addition to the important mineral calcium, which is needed for bone metabolism, healthy teeth and muscle function, Canina® EGGSHELL POWDER also provides other natural minerals such as magnesium, potassium, sodium, iron, copper and zinc. Due to the fine grinding, Canina® EGG SHELL POWDER is well tolerated and the bioavailability and thus the absorption of calcium is very high.
For dogs that are allergic to meat proteins, e.g. beef, chicken or pork, Canina® EGGSHELL POWDER is a high-quality alternative to meat and bone meal.
Due to its low phosphorus and high calcium content, Canina® EGGSHELL POWDER is particularly suitable for supplementing phosphorus-rich and calcium-poor raw meat meals (B.A.R.F.) or cooked meat preparations.

Feeding recommendation per animal and day:
To cover calcium requirements when feeding raw meat, pure meat doses or cooked meat meals, without feeding bones or meat and bone meal:

Dogs: 0.2 g per kg bw, max. 16 g
Cats: 0.3 g per kg bw, max. 2 g
(KGW = body weight)
(1 teaspoon = approx. 5 g)

Store in a cool, dry place. Remove with a clean, dry spoon.
